Eligibility criteria

All criteria must be met before submitting your application.

• Sat the JAMB / UTME examination

  You must have a valid JAMB result from the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

• Nigerian citizen

  Applicants must be Nigerian citizens currently residing in Nigeria.

• Demonstrated financial need

  The scholarship is designed for students who cannot independently fund a university education.

• Seeking undergraduate admission

  You must be applying for or have received an offer for an undergraduate degree programme at a Nigerian university.

What to have ready

• Your JAMB result slip (PDF or image)
• WAEC or NECO result (PDF or image)
• Valid means of identification (national ID, passport, or voter's card)
• A brief document showing proof of financial need
• A personal statement of 200–400 words

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submitting early improves your chances of being considered in the current cycle.
