How the Partnership Works
Expression of interest
Your institution submits an expression of interest. We review your accreditation, available courses, and capacity to host Decagon scholars.
Partnership agreement
We agree on scholar intake numbers, eligible courses, fee structures, and reporting requirements. A formal MOU is signed.
Scholar placement
Decagon matches verified scholars to your institution based on course preference and availability. You receive scholar profiles before admission is confirmed.
Tuition disbursement
Fees are paid directly to your finance office each semester, tied to verified attendance records. No delays, no defaults.
Ongoing coordination
Your dedicated partner manager handles check-ins, progress reporting, and any issues that arise. Annual reviews ensure the partnership continues to work for both sides.
What We Look for in Partner Universities
Full NUC accreditation
Partner institutions must hold current National Universities Commission accreditation for all courses offered to Decagon scholars.
Available capacity
You must have genuine unfilled seats in courses relevant to our scholar cohort — typically STEM, business, and social science programmes.
Commitment to scholar welfare
We require a named point of contact for scholar welfare, and a willingness to accommodate the Decagon leadership programme on campus.
Transparent fee structures
Agreed fees must remain stable for the duration of each scholar's programme. We cannot partner with institutions that apply undisclosed levies.
